Even though there are many organisations here in the UK addressing the salvaging of food that would otherwise go to waste, and redistributing it to needy families, the amount of food wasted is still enormous, and 60% of it is in household waste!!
This is the biggest and most complicated challenge, and the one that Foodsource UK is addressing. We will work co-operatively with existing organisations to minimise the, 3 million tons of food wasted in households every year, much of which could contribute to the almost 20% of British households that experience food poverty in the UK
We are currently looking for partners to collaborate with in the UK to further boost this program.
Humanity First: Standing with Sudanese Refugees
In a powerful global collaboration
The Memnosyne Institute has partnered with Gua Africa—an organization founded by former child soldier and peace activist Emmanuel Jal—to provide urgent education, food security, and critical aid to Sudanese refugees fleeing conflict. Sparked by a shared vision with Sir Richard Branson and Jane Tewson, this initiative goes beyond immediate relief to deliver sustainable hope, including the deployment of “School Out of a Box” prototypes and localized community support. Driven by the core belief that “Refugees are humans first and foremost,” this project stands as a testament to what is possible when international communities unite for human dignity.
The Keith Critchlow Legacy
Architecture for Humanity’s
Consciousness
The Memnosyne Institute was deeply honored to be selected by the late Master Architect, Keith Critchlow, to design the final two buildings of his historic career.
Intended for the Center for Global and Local Outreach in Dallas, these structures represent a culmination of his life’s work.
Celebrated in King Charles’ book Harmony, Critchlow’s groundbreaking use of sacred geometry demonstrates how thoughtful architectural layout can intuitively foster community harmony, peace, and cooperation.
Today, alongside his family (pictured here), The Memnosyne Institute and Executive Director Phillip E. Collins remain passionately committed to championing his vision-ensuring these final buildings serve as global tools to elevate human consciousness.
